TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The weekend offer is open to all American Express Cardmembers whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Cardmember ("Cardmembers") for the purpose of this offer means a person holding a Card or account access device issued either by American Express or a third party bearing the name or Trademark or service mark or logo of American Express.

The number of free tickets per weekend available under this offer is limited and is available only on a first-come-first-served basis.

One free ticket shall be given out of every two tickets purchased in the same purchase transaction. The maximum value of the free ticket is Rs. 200. Thus, if a customer books 4 tickets in a single transaction, he will need to pay for only 2 tickets, as the other 2 tickets will be free if the ticket price is below the maximum value. If the price of the tickets selected is above the maximum value, the customer will receive a discount of Rs.400 which is the maximum value of two tickets. However, if the customer books 3 tickets, he can avail of only 1 free ticket or get a discount equal to the maximum value whichever is lesser, and has to pay full price for the other 2 tickets. The offer is not available if only 1 ticket is booked. Cardmembers can avail a maximum number of 5 (five) free tickets per booking.

Tickets once booked shall be considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.

Cardmembers are not bound in any way to participate in this program. Any such participation is voluntary and the offer is being brought purely on a “best efforts” basis and is subject to availability and prior reservations.

American Express is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and nor is liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained / availed of by the Cardmembers.

KyaZoonga shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy of service rendered by any of the cinemas for any loss whatsoever of any nature.
