Tickets once sold cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded.

KyaZoonga does not offer refunds or exchanges of tickets purchased on KyaZoonga website or via cell phone. In addition, tickets purchased through KyaZoonga will be subject to a non-refundable per-ticket convenience charge. Before purchasing your tickets we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the movie you wish to see.

KyaZoonga will place an order for your tickets in the multiplex's ticketing system, reducing the number of seats available for the chosen show time. While this allows us to provide our customers with the clear benefit of guaranteed seats, it prevents KyaZoonga and our multiplex partners from reselling tickets in the event you do not attend your chosen show time.

If you cannot attend a show time for which you have purchased tickets, you may contact the appropriate multiplex to inquire about their policy on refunds and exchanges. We strongly recommend that you contact the multiplex's management prior to your show time, as they may not issue refunds or provide exchanges after the show time. Any refund or exchange is at the discretion of theatre management and can only be conducted at the theatre box office where you retrieved the tickets you purchased through KyaZoonga.

The Credit Card needs to be presented at the counter at the time of collection of the ticket(s).

Please read your online and email confirmation pages carefully, as they provide you with important information about retrieving your tickets that may be unique to your chosen theatre. The confirmation pages and email have your confirmation number. Just take your confirmation number with you to the multiplex. Be Prepared to Present Your Credit Card and/or your Picture ID.

KyaZoonga accepts MasterCard and Visa. At present we don't accept debit cards but are working on providing you with the convenience in the near future

Pricing and Availability

KyaZoonga sells tickets on behalf of our multiplex partners. KyaZoonga does not set ticket prices, determine show times, or control ticket availability and inventory. You will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes in connection with your purchase of any tickets.

It is mandatory to buy ticket for children 3 years and above.

Our multiplex partners have a policy of buying tickets for children 3 years and above. If your children are younger than 3 years, you are welcome to carry them in your arms. 3 years and older children will need separate tickets.
