I. Start by finding the show you want to see.

1. Select your city and the movie you would like to see in the appropriate fields found in the City and Movie pull down menus found at the top of just about every KyaZoonga page you visit and click ‘Go’.
   
   
2. Select the date you want to go to the movies from the 'Date of Show' pull down found at the bottom of your search results.
   
   
3. Scroll through the listings to find the movie, theatre and show time you want.
   
   
4. Show times available for online purchase are listed in red.

II. Next purchase tickets for the show you want to see.

1. Click on a red show time to begin the purchase process.
    
2. Enter the number of tickets you want. All ticket fees excluding convenience charges will be displayed in the area that you enter your ticket types and quantities. Click on Continue when you have made your selection.
    
3. To enter your payment information and continue with the purchase, sign in or follow the simple steps to create your free KyaZoonga account.
    
4. Confirm all of the details of your order and then click ‘Submit’.
    
5. KyaZoonga will quickly process your order and then display a confirmation page that will explain the easy ways to get your tickets.

III. Go to the theatre and see your show!

1. The method for getting your tickets varies depending on theatre you attend. You can collect your tickets at the box office window, or a separate window at the multiplex for online tickets, or look for signs to collect tickets booked on KyaZoonga.
    
2. All theatres will require you to bring the following in order to get your tickets:
   o The purchasing credit card
   o A confirmation number
   o One form of photo identification
    
3. Once you get to the theatre you will be able to get your tickets in one of the following ways:
   o The theatre box office or will call desk
   o A self-service kiosk (if provided by the theatre)

Generally a child ticket category is considered to be for children between 2 and 11 years old and a senior ticket category is considered to be 65 years old and over. However, some theatres may have additional restrictions or use a different age break. Please check the policy of the individual theatre you plan to attend by using the information below or contact your local theatre directly.

1. Sign in to your KyaZoonga account.
    
2. Click on the KyaChing tab at the top navigation bar
    
3. Select a KyaChing value from the drop down and click on Proceed
    
4. Select the occasion, recipient name and the email address of the recipient
    
5. Enter a message you would like to send to the recipient and click on Proceed
    
6. Enter your credit card information and check the “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” check box
    
7. Click on Proceed

Upon successful completion of transaction, an email will be sent to the recipient regarding your KyaChing gift. The recipient can then redeem the gift to purchase movie tickets on KyaZoonga.

1. Go through the normal process of searching for a movie, selecting a showtime and the number of tickets
    
2. When you arrive at the Select Payment mode page, select the KyaChing option
    
3. Enter the gift code on your KyaChing
    
4. Enter your credit card information. Please note that your credit card will not be charged again. It will only be used to verify your identity when you collect the ticket. Please carry this credit card with you to collect the ticket
    
5. Your KyaChing is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase
